Peachtree City's golf-cart-path neighborhoods and master-planned subdivisions went up mostly from the 1970s through the 2000s, with new construction still filling in along the 74/54 corridor. That range of build eras means insulation levels across town are all over the map, we see everything from thin, settled attic fiberglass in the older sections to solid but never-verified builder-grade jobs in homes built in the last fifteen years.
