How It Works
We start with a thorough inspection for moisture damage, mold, pests, and drainage problems. Anything we find gets handled before the liner goes down, because sealing over a problem just traps it.
Next, we lay a 12–20 mil reinforced polyethylene liner over every inch of the crawlspace floor and run it up the foundation walls. Seams are overlapped and taped so there are no gaps, and the foundation vents are sealed so outside air can't get back in.
Last, we install a dehumidifier sized for your space to keep humidity under control all year. Most jobs take one to two days.
